The opportunities for hiking and walking in Loch Lomond are endless, with thousands of forest paths, coastal hikes, and cross country trails, as well as a wealth of mountain climbs, and Munros to tackle. There are plenty of trails nearby for both those after a steep challenge, or those simply looking to take a stroll in the great outdoors, and enjoy the beauty of Loch Lomond. Hollybank House and Hollybank Lodge offer the perfect base to enjoy daily walks or even to link into trails that are part of the iconic West Highland Way on the opposite shore of the loch.

Why not have a walk along the Millennium Forest Path on the east shore and discover more about the Atlantic oak woodlands around Loch Lomond and the abundant wildlife that have their homes in the forest and surrounding loch and mountains.

Ben Lomond, the most southerly Munro in the National Park is also accessible from Rowardennan.
